Sunday's weather was a little more rainy than usual, but that didn't dampen spirits as we held our 2nd Annual "Curbside Palms" at First Congregational.  Following the morning service, Rev. Rogers gave out quite a few palms to passers-by including neighborhood residents, some familiar faces from our congregation, our local CDTA bus driver , and one family who called us a "blessing" because they had been saddened to find out their own church wasn't distributing palms this year. 

We were pleased to bring smiles to so many faces today as we celebrate this important time in the church year!

This year, our baskets are being donated to families through the South End Community Outreach Center and through Capital District Latinos.
