Worship services are held Sunday mornings beginning at 10:30am. We offer a Coffee Fellowship following the service at approximately 11:30 am. All are invited to worship with us, regardless of religious or ethnic background, race, gender identity, economic status, sexual orientation, mental or physical ability. First Congregational is handicap accessible and is proud to be an open and affirming congregation.
Our Music Program
Our choir is under the direction of James Dennehey who also serves as our organist. First Congregational has an outstanding music program. A renovated 100-year-old pipe organ and grand piano are standard, although Sunday morning music may sometimes include a guitar, flute, violin or other instrument. The choir is open to all who are interested in lending their voices. Choir rehearsal is at 7pm on Thursday evenings.  We invite you to view the video below from our Palm Sunday service which was held on April 1, 2012. The choir is singing "The Palms" by J. Faure.
We encourage members of our church community to share their talents. Arvilla Cline has been a choir member for many years ... but she also is an accomplished pianist! Below is a video of Arvilla performing the Postlude following services on October 21st, 2018
